I saw this movie a few days ago with my friend Amanda we loved it. This movie is fun for the whole family! Ferdinand was my favorite character. He was fun, funny and John Cena did great paying this part. This movie has fun, comedy, heart and tells a heart-warming story about being yourself and standing up for what you believe in. I think they might win the golden globe for best animated featured film.

Wonder

Wonder (film).png

Wonder is a 2017 American comedy-drama film directed by Stephen Chbosky and written by Steve Conrad, based on the 2012 novel of the same name by R.J. Palacio. The film stars Julia RobertsOwen Wilson, and Jacob Tremblay, and follows an elementary schooler with Treacher Collins syndrome trying to fit in. Wonder is scheduled to be released in the United States on November 17, 2017, by Lionsgate.
August "Auggie" Pullman (Jacob Tremblay) is a young boy born with a facial deformity who has been in and out of hospitals for years. With the help of his mother, Isabel (Julia Roberts), and his father, Nate (Owen Wilson), he tries to fit in at a new school, Beecher Prep, and to show everyone he is just an ordinary kid and that beauty is not just on the outside.

I saw this movie tonight with my grandmother and my step-grandpa and I loved it and so did they. It is a beautiful movie. It'll make you laugh, it will make you cry, it will make you see things differently about people. Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson were awesome in it.They played their parts well. And the kid who played Auggie, he did amazing at his part. I think he deserves an oscar. Daveed Diggs from Hamilton was in it and he did great with his role as well. This movie sends a great message about bullying and judging a book by it's cover. Seeing this just makes me want to read the book. This movie is perfect for everyone. I also recommend you get it on DVD.

Despicable Me 3 (2017) Teaser Poster.jpg
Despicable Me 3[a] is a 2017 American 3D computer-animated comedy film produced by Illumination Entertainment for Universal Pictures. It is the third main installment in the Despicable Me film series and the sequel to Despicable Me 2 (2013). Despicable Me 3 premiered on June 14, 2017, at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival, and was released in the United States on June 30, 2017, by Universal Pictures. The film received mixed reviews from critics[7] and has grossed $1 billion worldwide, making it the third highest-grossing film of 20176th highest-grossing animated film of all-time and 30th highest grossing overall; and also as well as being Illumination's second film to gross a billion, after the previous film Minions.

I saw it today with my dad and my little sister Sofia. Dad slept through it, Sofia said it was okay but I had a blast. Those minions are funny as usual and I will admit the villain in the movie (Balthazar Bratt) was a tad unusual but he was quite something. Agnes was adorable, Margo was intresting, Edith was funny and Lucy was great. But Gru was awesome. It had comedy, it had fun, and it had our favorite yellow banana lovin' minions. You will enjoy it as much as I did.

Newsies Live 2017

Newsies (musical) poster.jpg
Newsies The Musical is a Disney Theatrical Productions stage musical based on the 1992 musical film Newsies, which in turn was inspired by the real-life Newsboys Strike of 1899 in New York City. The show has music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Jack Feldman, and a book by Harvey Fierstein. The musical premiered at the Paper Mill Playhouse in 2011 and made its Broadway debut in 2012.

The original cast of Newsies reunited for a three night only live performance. I missed the final night of the show because tickets were sold out. I was so sad. But one day my dad was looking up the show to see if would come out on dvd one day and he came across an article saying that Newsies live will be doing an encore performance Saturday, March 4 only and my dad let me buy two tickets for me and my sister to see it. Boy was I a happy camper! (Thank you dad!) We got our money's worth. It was NOT a waste of time. I saw the touring production of Newsies in August with my dad and it was great and I think the live show was amazing. The original cast was amazing, the choreography was mind blowing, the songs and the music were upbeat and moving and the acting was outstanding. In 2012, Newsies was nominated for 8 Tony awards (including for best musical) They won 2 tony awards for best choreography and best original score. But what I'm so surprised that Jeremy Jordan (Jack Kelly) didn't win the tony for "Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical". Based on the performance he gave in Newsies, he should've won that tony. (In my opinion) Anyway, the show was amazing, breath taking, and unforgettable. I sure hope it come out on dvd.
